TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely via the telematic network on the site "ennebiservice.it" belonging to Ennebi Service srls based in Magione (PG), Ludovico Ariosto 63 street.

Acceptance of the conditions of sale The Customer, by sending the electronic confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with Ennebiservice, the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him. These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by visiting Customers before they confirm their purchases. Warranty and Replacements

All products sold by Ennebiservice are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the receipt or invoice, in this case the warranty is reduced to 12 months because it assumes a professional use of the product. By accepting the purchase contract, the customer acknowledges the assistance procedures in force at the time of the warranty claim. For most of the products marketed by Ennebiservice it directly provides assistance service under warranty at its laboratory in Magione. All appliances to be repaired must be returned to: Ennebiservice, Strada Ludovico Ariosto 63, 06063 Magione (PG). It will be Ennebiservice to provide for the repair, and to send them back to the Customer's premises. Before forwarding to the manufacturer for the warranty claim, the damage assessment will be evaluated by our staff technicians. Warranty on technical spare parts Technical spare parts are all those parts that require specific technical skills to be used. (electronic components, joints, pins, gears, etc.)

Any damage or malfunctions caused by incorrect assembly of technical "spare parts" entails the total forfeiture of any form of guarantee and the forfeiture of any liability on the part of Ennebiservice.

Availability of goods Ennebiservice accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products in stock. Therefore, the delivery of the products indicated in the purchase proposal sent by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Ennebiservice undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable out of stock due to excess demand or other causes. In this case, the Customer can choose from the following possibilities.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the carrier's letter; that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered, even in the closing materials (personalized adhesive tape).

Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, putting the wording "conditional collection" on the appropriate courier receipt communicated, within seven days in one of the following ways:

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in the manner indicated above. Any report beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared. Once the courier document has been signed,

the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

General terms and conditions of assistance and repair

These "General terms and conditions of assistance and repair" (hereinafter "terms of assistance") regulate the service by "ENNEBISERVICE srls" based in Magione, Strada Ludovico Ariosto 63 (hereinafter NBS) support@ennebiservice.it :

1. NBS undertakes to repair your product under the following conditions and at the costs indicated on the "Service Card" displayed within the shop and on the website www.ennebiservice.it (unless these costs are modified with your consent written or via SMS or email). Except in the case where your product is covered by warranty, you will be responsible for the repair costs approved by prior written estimate or via SMS or email. Payment must be made upon return of the repaired product. Unless otherwise specified, the amount of the estimate includes all the components, processing and transport necessary for the repair of the product, in addition to any legal taxes. 2. If during the repair operations it is necessary to further process or use components not indicated in the estimate, NBS reserves the right to change the amount, previously indicated for the repair, within the limits of 10% higher than the estimate offered. , without any communication. For repairs that exceed the amount of the estimate by 10%, these will be communicated to you by NBS; in the event that you do not accept the new amount indicated by NBS, the latter will have the right to return the product to you, paying you the costs for the verification activity, in addition to the legal taxes.

3. NBS guarantees that the repairs are carried out professionally and in a workmanlike manner and that all the components used to repair your product are free from defects inherent in the material and guaranteed for a period of 24 months as established by the European guarantee. and related "consumer code". In the event that a defect occurs in a component replaced during the warranty period, NBS will, at its discretion, unless otherwise provided by applicable law, repair the component, using new, used or reconditioned replacement components, or the replacement of the component with an equivalent new, used or overhauled component. Any report of hidden defects and / or discrepancies must be received by NBS, under penalty of forfeiture, within 2 months of discovery. Claims of defects and / or discrepancies received by NBS after the aforementioned deadline, not formulated in writing and not expressly and in detail indicating the nature and / or type of defect and / or discrepancy found by the Customer, will not be considered valid. If NBS recognizes the existence of the defect and / or discrepancy, it will agree with the Customer the timing and methods of its intervention. NBS will not be held responsible in any way or assumes any guarantee in relation to any malfunctions and / or damages deriving from the work of the Customer or of third parties which the same has used after the intervention of NBS and / or deriving from non-compliance prescriptions given by NBS and / or third parties in relation to the methods of use, storage or maintenance of the products subject to repair. Likewise, the effects deriving from wear related to the use of the machinery are not covered by the guarantee.

4. NBS will have the right to withhold your product until your full payment of the amount due for repair. In the event that you have not requested the return of your product and you have not paid the payment due within seven (7) days from the moment in which NBS has informed you that the repair of the product has been carried out, NBS will be able to provide, in the forms provided for by law, to offer you the return of your product or to tell you to receive the same, upon payment of the amounts due and, if any of the return methods are in vain, we will proceed to the sale of your product in a public auction with the forms and methods provided for by art. 2797 of the Italian Civil Code It is understood in any case that, without prejudice to NBS's right to obtain compensation for the damage suffered, all expenses incurred by NBS for the conservation and custody of your product will be at your expense. However, NBS retains all rights provided by law in relation to unpaid amounts.

5. Repair of your product by NBS is governed solely by these terms of service. Other terms of assistance or conditions formulated orally or in writing do not apply. No person is authorized by NBS to modify these terms of support. These terms of service can only be activated by parties who have accepted these terms of service.

6. You accept and are aware that your personal data will be collected, recorded and processed by NBS for purposes related to the execution of the service and the fulfillment of the obligations under these terms of assistance. NBS guarantees the protection of your data in accordance with art. 23 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 196/2003), If you wish to access your personal data or communicate any changes to them, you can do so by making a written request to the operational headquarters of NBS.

Being a service, it is difficult to assign a precise price to repairs, however we provide you with the following useful information, which will allow you to roughly calculate the costs of a repair at Ennebiservice.

Average Processing Time To ensure that our technical or maintenance intervention is really different from a simple repair, we will use the "average processing time" as a benchmark. Average processing times mean a process that includes: taking charge of the machine, identification of the fault, replacement of parts, accurate verification of operation after repair, complete descaling of the appliance (if necessary), cleaning and check on aesthetic details and consumables communication to the customer of the conclusion of the repair or of the cost estimate.
