Sweet apple pie

INGREDIENTS
3 c dark sultanas
2 c of rum
150 g of butter, unrestricted
100 g of sugar
1 PN of salt
3 eggs
50 g of liquid honey
1 vanilla cod, engraved longitudinally
280 g of flour
2 t teaspoon of baking powder
500 g of apples, grated
Icing sugar, to sprinkle
Preparation Mix the sultanas and rum raisins, set aside.
Pour the butter into a bowl, mix with the sugar and salt. Incorporate one egg after the other and continue mixing until a clearer compound is obtained.
Mix honey and vanilla seeds. Mix the flour and baking powder, incorporate the apples with the sultanas and rum to the mixture.
Pour the dough into the appropriate mold already prepared.
Cooking: 55 min ca. At the center of the preheated oven at 180 ºC.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool, remove from the mold, leave to cool on a grill and sprinkle with icing sugar for a type of approx. 30 cm in greased diameter
Store: wrapped in aluminum film, it is kept in the refrigerator for about 2 days.
